Horse Grader?

I am new to this!! Taihape Museum in New Zealand has just been given an old grader with the markings:
The Good Roads Machinery CoInc.
Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, USA.
Trademark: Good Roads
Manufactured by American Road Machinery Co. American Plant, Kennett Square etc.
Serial Number: 220524.

We believe it is a four horse grader. Can anyone help us by telling us where we can get more information, please? We would like to know year of manufacturer and anything about the machine.
