BeGe scraper

New member, looking for any in formation I can find on "BeGe"scrapers. I just aquired a small scraper (about 3 yard?) I belive it was built in the 30s. The datta plate is rusted real mad and I cant read the sr# I am busy replacing rotted out wheels and tires(700X20)

If you're still looking for info on Be Ge M'f'g. there's a nice thumbnail on pinnaclenews.com, the local paper (Gilroy, Calif) Search Be Ge on the papers home page, a batch of hits will come up; I think the history is the first story in the "Life" category. ALSO search Be Ge in the ytmag.com archives; in the first dozen or so hits AFTER the "store" items, there's a 2003 post about a Be Ge pump that mentions a Calif salvage yard that got a batch of NOS BE GE parts after Oliver bought them out Good luck.
