hi
i have a marion 33M it is fitted with a 3.71 GM and a 45 ft boom and one extra counter weight of a bout a ton has any one got any ideas of its transport weight

my dad had a 43M weighed 35 ton.

thanks for that i reckond it was about 22tons but the last float operator thought it was a bit more ! is there many small marion machines left in the states now ??

From an old 33M spec:
Lift crane with 40' boom = 26.9 ton.
Clamshell with 40' boom = 28.5 ton.
Dragline with 40' boom = 28 ton.
Old Marions:
Model 21's: Kamloops, BC; Fargo, ND; Bowling Green, KY; Marion, OH; Bellows Falls, VT.
Model 60: Costa Rica.
Model 61: Cuba.
Model 360: Forestburg, AL, Canada.
Model 480: Gillette, WY.
